Local Spinach

We just got some super fresh local spinach from
the good folks over at Totten Family Farm in Long Valley, New Jersey. Yesterday, our spinach salad with grilled chicken, tomatoes, and blue cheese dressing was a hit. Tonight it is featured in our wild caught grilled Alaskan salmon Blue Plate. We're very happy to be able to serve you this beautiful and delicious spinach.
